Hi! I’m Zoë, a Somatic Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Breathwork Facilitator. My personal healing journey has taught me that our bodies inherently want to heal, but they need to feel safe to do so. Often, we may be doing “all the right things” yet still feel stuck because our emotional body—our nervous system—craves deeper support. While many seek healing externally, my passion lies in guiding you toward the innate healing power already within you.
I focus on emotional release, helping the body to let go of stored energy and suppressed emotions, which in turn strengthens our connection to intuition—our deep, innate wisdom. Many of us have experienced being stuck in the “sympathetic nervous system,” commonly known as “fight, flight, or freeze.” In this survival mode, it’s challenging for the body to heal. By activating the “parasympathetic nervous system” (or “rest and digest”) through somatic work, we create the space and energy needed for healing—energetically, physically, and emotionally. This process requires us to slow down, breathe, listen, feel, and find safety. Only then can we unlock our full potential, free from the blocks of stagnant and suppressed emotions.
When people ask how I got into this work, I always say, “My body needed to heal, and I had to figure out how—this is where I landed.”
I am a Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, with additional certifications in Yoga, Pilates, and Holistic Health Coaching. I am always learning and remain a dedicated student, eager to share the tools that have supported my healing journey with others ready to explore their unique paths.
