We are located at 460 Richmond Street West, Unit 501. We are easily accessible by public transit, with paid parking available across the street.
Mats are provided for every class.
We do not have lockers. However, we do provide designated areas for personal belongings within the studio. We recommend bringing only essential items to class.
Every class on our schedule is suitable for beginners! Modifications are always provided.
Yes, pre-registration is required for all classes. You can sign up through our website or Momence account. Walk-ins may be accommodated if space is available, but we highly recommend booking in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the class starts. If you cancel late, a $15 fee will apply plus loss of credit or class, except for your one free late cancellation per billing cycle (for all unlimited memberships). For all No Show cancellations, a $15 fee will also apply.
Our door closes after 2 minutes upon the class start time. Late entries are not permitted once a class begins. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to settle in.
Our class packs and memberships have varying expiry periods. Class packs are valid for 60 days upon first class, while all unlimited membership such as our 3-month unlimited plan and month-to-month unlimited plan activate upon your first class.
Membership perks include unlimited access to all regular classes and 10% off premium classes, workshops, and events.
Membership Pause/Freeze: Your membership can be paused for a maximum of one month (or 30 days in a calendar year) for auto-renew monthly memberships. Not valid for month-to-month unlimited membership. All request for membership pauses are to be requested via email with specific dates and times to collette@wellbynd.com
Yes, we have fully equipped washrooms and a changeroom area. No showers on site.
