Peanut Butter Protein Bliss Balls

I will admit - I am not a huge baker. I prefer convenience and being able to take things on-the-go. 

This recipe is the's the best because it takes about 10 minutes to make, doesn't involve any baking, and is delicious!! These are perfect for when you're running out the door in the morning, late for work or having that mid-afternoon crash. On top of that, the recipe is super flexible and all ingredients can be substituted for different options.


In a bowl, mix in your oats, ground flax, coconut, cacao nibs, and honey...

Next, add the peanut butter...

*Not shown here: the medjool dates need to be chopped/blended into small pieces. This can become a sticky situation (literally) so don't worry if this part is not perfect. 

Mix it all up - I find this is easiest using your hands...

Roll into balls, refrigerate for an hour or two, and ENJOY!

1 cup oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup cacao nibs
3 medjool dates
